Cancellation & Refund Policy

Our Commitment

At Expedition Travel Agency, we strive to provide the best travel experiences in India. We understand that plans can change, and we have established a clear cancellation and refund policy to ensure fairness to our travelers and our local partners.

1. Standard Day Tours & Excursions

For all our Same-Day Tours and Local Excursions (e.g., Same Day Agra Tour, Jaipur Day Tour), we offer a very flexible cancellation policy:

• Full Refund: If cancelled at least 24 hours before the tour start time.
• No Refund: If cancelled less than 24 hours before the tour start time or in case of a no-show.

2. Multi-Day Tour Packages

For Multi-Day Tour Packages (including hotel stays, train/flight bookings, and longer itineraries like Rajasthan Tours), the following tiered cancellation charges apply:

Refund Process

Once your cancellation request is approved, we will process your refund within 7 to 10 working days. The refund will be credited back to the original payment method used during booking (Credit Card, PayPal, or Bank Transfer).

Special Circumstances

In the rare event that Expedition Travel Agency must cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, security alerts), we will offer you a choice between a full refund of all monies paid or an alternative tour of comparable value.
