1. Booking and Reservations

• All bookings for Same-Day Excursions, Golden Triangle Tours, Rajasthan Holiday Circuits, and Cab Rentals can be made through our website, official WhatsApp helpline (+91 8899491779), or email.
• A reservation is considered confirmed once booking details, passenger count, itinerary, and pick-up timing are acknowledged by our travel desk.
• For standard day excursions and taxi services, travelers may opt for our Pay on Arrival policy, requiring zero advance deposit. For multi-day luxury hotel packages, advance confirmation payments may apply as per hotel policies.

2. Pricing, Inclusions, and Currency

• All prices quoted are in Indian Rupees (INR ₹), US Dollars (USD $), British Pounds (GBP £), or Euros (EUR €) as indicated.
• All-Inclusive Cab Fares: Cab rentals include private air-conditioned vehicle, professional chauffeur, fuel, expressway toll taxes, state border entry permits, and parking charges. No hidden surcharges apply.
• Tour Package Inclusions: Detailed in your tour voucher, covering specified sightseeing, licensed monument guide services, and hotel accommodation (where selected). Monument entrance tickets, personal expenses, camera fees, and tips/gratuities are not included unless explicitly stated.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair, flexible, and customer-friendly. Complete terms can be accessed at our Cancellation & Refund Policy page:

• Same-Day Tours & Cabs: Free cancellation with 100% full refund up to 24 hours prior to scheduled departure.
• Multi-Day Holiday Packages: Tiered cancellation timeline based on hotel and transport commitments (30+ days: 10% administrative fee; 15-29 days: 25%; 7-14 days: 50%; under 7 days: non-refundable).
• Restocking Fee: We charge ₹0 / $0 (No restocking or processing fee) on cancellations.
• Refunds are processed within 7 to 10 working days to the original payment method.

4. Tourist Safety, Behavior, and Local Laws

• Travelers must carry valid government photo identification (Passport & Visa for international visitors, Aadhaar/Passport/Voter ID for Indian citizens) during all monument visits and hotel check-ins.
• Monuments in India (including the Taj Mahal) enforce strict security and conservation rules (e.g., no smoking, no drones, Friday monument closure rules). Travelers agree to respect monument guidelines and local cultural sensitivities.
• We provide verified commercial vehicles with GPS monitoring and government-approved licensed guides to ensure 100% scam-free, tout-free travel.

5. Third-Party Services and Force Majeure

Expedition Travel Agency will not be held liable for delays, cancellations, or itinerary alterations caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control (Force Majeure), including severe weather fog, natural calamities, flight delays, train reschedules, strikes, or governmental monument closures. In such events, we will make every effort to arrange suitable alternate itineraries of comparable value.

6. Intellectual Property & Website Use

All text, graphics, logos, travel itineraries, and photographic content on this website are the intellectual property of Expedition Travel Agency or used under authorized license. Unauthorized reproduction or scraping is prohibited.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any legal disputes or claims shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Agra, Uttar Pradesh, India.
